New here? This is where to begin.

I write about crisis response, emergency planning, and the human side of preparedness. Here’s how to find your way around.

I’m Jeff Morgan. I’ve spent more than thirty years in emergency response — working with airlines, energy companies, rail operators, and governments to prepare for the events no one wants to imagine. This site is where I put what I’ve learned into a form other people can use.

It’s not a textbook and it’s not a sales pitch. It’s closer to the conversation I’d have with a colleague over coffee — frank, specific, and grounded in what I’ve actually seen.
